About Me
CURRENT MISSION
My current mission is to pack as much living as I can into a box of creativity so that I may open it up at specific points and write amazing films about expereriences I have had or about people I have known. I also would like to get pizza at some point.
ABOUT ME
Josh is a person who was established in November 1979.
He has basic biographical information such as he was born in Illinois, hails from Oklahoma, and lives in Seattle, Washington (and is currently living and studying in Berlin, Berlin Deutschland!).
Josh is a student. He is a Cinema Studies major at the University of Washington.
Josh is a Filmmaker in Training. He is constantly planning ways in which he can learn and improve. He has some experience and is seeking more. He is also looking for like-minded, Creative Individuals with whom he can collaborate.
Josh is a work in progress.
Josh is a vegetarian.
Josh is an avid Pepsi drinker.
Josh firmly believes that Costello is the only Elvis that matters.
Josh commutes by bicycle most days.
Josh is, in a word, "oblong". Oblong is a Strange Word that describes an Odd Shape. He feels as though he exists as such an Odd Shape in this universe.
Josh has heard the joke, "I'm just joshin' ya" one to many times. The humor of said joke had a half-life of one second with him. He no longer thinks you are funny if you use this joke in conversation with him.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am only registered for the moment, as my apartment in Berlin has no couch (it's true!). Upon returning to Seattle and settling into my new apartment, however, I will be opening up my couch to people who are traveling across the US.
I plan on staying with someone somewhere at some point soon.
As far as building the community goes, I am a newbie. But I am telling many friends about this place and trying to drum up some grassroots support.
Interests
A brief list of things that in which I am interested:
baseball (St. Louis Cardinals & Seattle Mariners in that order), filmmaking, the long path of learning, macs, movies, pepsi, the creative cycle, and tremendous brunettes
