About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To continue exploring my path with my partner and wife

ABOUT ME

About one year ago we (Catherine and Cisco) made the decision to leave our home in search of experiences rich in learning. Our motivation was, and still is, entrenched in the idea that there are infinite ways to live our lives... we are simply learning to live the way best suited for us! Our purpose is to continue to grow, becoming more compassionate and loving human beings along the way.

Thus far our journey has taken us from the culturally, environmentally and experiencially lush tropical south of India up to the calm, contemplative and dramatic mountainous beauty of Nepal. We have met, worked and played alongside amazing friends - whether organizing a waste management system at an organic farm, participating in a PDC with folks from all over the world, apprenticing as Art of Hosting practitioners, or bringing all our learning together on our own permaculture project in Kathmandu - we have been blessed with every experience.

Now our journey takes us from the Indian subcontinent to Europe where we hope to travel around to different projects - apprenticing as permaculture practitioners, social innovators, and human beings! We are committed to continuing our learning of permaculture and living systems on a deeper level!

Beyond our grand interests in permaculture, community-rooted initiatives and regenerative living, we also have plenty of other interests including: cycling, rock climbing, hiking, yoga... pretty much any activity in nature... good conversations, good food, good reads, good music... pretty much anything good...

We also have plenty of things we would like to learn: how to become better cooks, natural building, building in general, growing techniques, living technques... well pretty much anything to do with regenerative, permaculture, and community-rooted systems.

We are both born travelers and cannot go without adventure in our lives. That being said, we are happy to both host and be hosted :)

We look forward to meeting great people!
