About Me

CURRENT MISSION
I'm all about Happiness :) Good people, good vibes and good times l

By the way, if you message me and don't make it personal then it's a 'decline'

ABOUT ME

I'm was born and raised in Florida but lived in Ohio for 6 years. In that 6 years time I've earned a college degree, led and help run an after school program for a non-profit at an inner city in Columbus, OH.

I taught English in South Korea for 3 years and during that time I have traveled through out many countries in Asia.

After my 3rd year in Korea I moved to Australia where I was working at a bar and loved an Aussie lifestyle. When my visa for Australia finished up I ventured to Europe and visited 23 different countries and lived out a dream in doing so.

I enjoy meeting easy-going/down-to-earth people (which is one of the biggest reasons why CSers are soooo awesome)I love listening and sharing traveling stories and learning how to forever better my experience.

I'm a really down to earth guy who loves to have fun, I know what it's like to want people to have a great time so I try to be as LOW maintenance as possible. .

PHILOSOPHY

"It doesn't happen by accident" In order to achieve something you gotta go out and get it. It could be a better job, better relationship, better body, willingness to travel the world, an overall better life (it may not be easy but) you gotta go out and get it because "It doesn't happen by accident...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I try to meet other surfers when I'm in different cities to hear/share stories and live life like I have friends from all over the world (some I just haven't officially met yet) :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I met up with some CS in Wellington, NZ and it was really cool connecting and chillin' with them.

I couch surf in Manila, Philippines on Simoun and Norman's couch and it was great times! I also surfed with Sheena and she's just precious :)

I was in Taipei with my buddy Will which he hosted.

In Prague, I was hosted by Phil and Karl and they were awesome enough to see me through my TEFL class which I was grateful.

Interests

I love tall building and the way a lit city looks at night. One of my favorite things to do is to meet new peoples, take pictures, create lasting memories, having a few good drinks and dance like no one is watching :)

Drop me a message if you want to know anything else...

Music, Movies, and Books

Hip-Hop/R&B...and now after traveling in Germany (House music :) )

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I've ever done was inspire others.

I've inspired a whole entire locker room full of my teammates to believe in me and each other so that we maybe able to go out and win that game that day.

I've inspired a class full of 9th graders who felt like they were second rate to believe in themselves and each other because sometimes in life that's all you got. I've inspired them to define themselves for themselves so that they don't allow any else to tell them who they are.

I've inspired and encouraged my friends and family to not accept the boring norm of everyday life but to seize something better and greater from life if they so chose. (i.e. me being here in Korea and showing them if I can do it then they can)

Teach, Learn, Share

My knowledge I would want to share with others is, how do you define yourself? If you're someone who is taking the risk of exploring the world and meeting strangers and opening up your thought process so that they can be your friend then that says a lot about you. It says that you're great and that you're willing to try new things. But what else defines you...Why do you do the things you do? Why are the things you do so important?
They say a wise man is quicker to ask a question than to give an answer, so my question is, how do you define yourself? Why?

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can offer host an open minded person that is excited to try new things. I know that hosting can be a great experience, so I don't make fuss about anything. I have met some of the most amazing host and I look forward to meeting more :)
