So, I am a film writer and director and my passion has sort of defined my life. Its usually 5 hours on a computer, writing something (Something usually being a film script to support me to pay the bills or a pitch document that I am trying to put together for funding - still film making stuff) the rest is watching films, reading, taking a nice evening walk, serving at church, sleeping and eating. Not necessarily in that order- hehehe, If my nutritionist could see this, she would kill me, considering how hard she is working to help me gain a few pounds by making sure I eat by the hour.

My world has thinned out over time, the only time I get to see new places or meet new people is when I am directing a film, location receeing or just taking a walk. So now, I decided to break free and do adventurous endeavors. I started with my neighbors, Kenya in the east and Nigeria in the far west of Africa and now I want to break into Europe most definitely Austria, Germany and The Netherlands. I have contacts in all those countries so I guess this explains my confidence to explore new spaces on my own. Turns out, I am a chicken, a crazy-adventurous-daring chicken, if there was a thing like that, ever.

But anyway, I hope that when I return from Europe, I will have learnt how couchsurfing works and so I will open my very little apartment to anyone who needs to crush overnight.

I am very open to meeting new people who will challenge this very conservative mind of mine. God, I die to try out new foods but everytime I am given a chance to make an order, I order fries, FRIES. See....a conservative chicken.

I hope that I will find a travel buddy with time. I have come to dislike traveling alone. If our travel visions and timelines align, why not give ourselves the best company ever?!

Interessen

I am crazy about fashionable wear but I am a sluggard. I wait for the show offs to wear it first and then I enjoy it after the storm has passed. Also, I have this weird habit of redesigning my clothes (DIY). I could wear my earrings perfectly on my shoes...not everyone gets my sense of adventure.
I am interested in cooking our local meals, turns out that I am really good at it.
I am pushing myself to read more so I could learn more. The internet has spoilt the fun of reading tangible books but I come around, sometimes.
I am also interested in the affairs of women, how they are represented in the public sphere, in films and how men talk about and treat women, mostly African men who expect us to be great submissive wives as a birth rite. So I find the film "Wolf of wall street to be very objectifying".

In the heat of the night, Devious Maids. Marlon. The Exes. Game of thrones(except season 8 ofcourse) The Handmaid's tale, The Man from Uncle, a Million ways to die in the west. These movies are not particularly great, I just love them and I have watched some of them more than 20 times.

I am currently reading Victoria Hislop’s The Return.
