Hi, my name is Serhiy, most of my friends call me Serge though.

Things I like:

If someone asked me to introduce myself before, I'd without any hesitations tell people I'm this and that. Now, I'm pretty sure you never know a person without meeting him or her in person. It's not about knowing one's interests, hobbies, skills, favorite bands and singers, movies he/she likes... It's about something that you'll never learn through written/spoken words. So... Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfing is something different from anything that I've experienced by far on the Internet and IN REAL LIFE. It extends human relationships far beyond your browser. One deal is to have online friends at Myspace or Facebook, and other deal is make friends at Couchsurfing.com and then meet them in person and plunge with them into their cultures.
Another my argument for using CS is, forget about staying in hotels! By no means one can replace couchsurfing experience with fancy hotels and stuff offered by tour agencies.
Finally, if you're tired seeing same boring faces each and every day (yeah, that's true -- I don't really like my surrounding), Couchsurfing again is the place to make new friends globe-wide.

Music: good old rock, funk, ethnic, raggae, some jazz, blues, funk again.

Movies: REVOLVER, The Men Who Stare at Goats, Forrest Gump, Apocalypto, Pirates of The Carribean, THX 1138, Knocking on Heaven's Door, Fountain, Kontrol (Hungary) – that kind of stuff.

Teach, Learn, Share

I guess I can teach some drumming.

Also, I can teach some cooking, Ukrainian (read Slavic -- Russian, Polish -- as well) cuisine.

Also, I can teach the basics of Ukrainian and Russian languages, and English, if needed.

If anyone is interested, I can show basic yoga asanas (poses) and teach basic meditation techniques. Thanks to yoga and meditation, I'm in a good shape and do sleep well; so can you.

I would like to learn playing percussions since I'm only starting to master this field of drumming. Also, I'm eager to learn Spanish. Bass guitar is my another wanna-learn.
