Every person has a special gift inside to give it to others. It's not sure whether "the others" realize it or not - but it is there.
For example, if you have an irritating friend - (s)he can teach you patience. Moreover, (s)he points out exactly your weakness. That is why you find him/her so frustrating. From this on, it is up to you to change. I mean... learn :)

Anyway, I can teach you how to learn to share :)
