I love rap. Rap, rap, rap, and also rap. Other than that, Queens of the Stone Age haven't released an album I don't like, I like The Mars Volta, Mastodon are hard as fuck, Titus Andronicus, Explosions In The Sky represent Texas well &I'm sure there are more that I'm forgetting.
I'm a big Quentin Tarantino, Spike Lee, & Christopher Nolan fan. I hope Coop finds Brandt one day.
Most novels I've read are by Steinbeck or Toni Morrison. Other than that, mostly historical books about the US & Brazil.

I hiked 2300 feet to the top of Corcovado Mountain to see the Christ The Redeemer statue. It took about five & a half hours, but it was so worth it. Then I walked back down through Santa Teresa, the most beautiful favela in Rio, where I lived.
