About Me

I’m currently a graduate student studying marine geology at the University of Haifa. In my free time, I’m trying to explore as much of Israel/Palestine as I can.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I haven’t couch surfed before but I think it’ll be a lot more rewarding to be able to travel and stay/explore with locals along the way. In addition, I’m a student so this is a great way to spend less money while traveling, and get a richer experience out of it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

scientific diver-certified and I ran 14k over volcanoes

Teach, Learn, Share

Well, I’m getting my master’s in geology, so if you pick up a rock, I may be able to tell you about it. I can also tell you all about tsunamis and other natural disasters, partly from my studies and partly from being from New Orleans.

I especially enjoy learning about the lesser-known history of the places I visit. At the moment, my goal is to visit all of the throne villages of Palestine.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have a drone for photos/videos, and can show you how to fly it if you’re interested
