About Me

By profession, I work in Project Management for an IT company. Fortunately, I work flexible hours so that lead me to travelling when time permits. I am all for work life balance.
I love travelling! I love going to places unknown and exploring different cultures. I am sharing most of travels with my husband. We'd love to get to know local residents and doing what they usually do aside from touring a new places.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Expanding my travel network. Getting to know locals and exchange stories. Learning about different cultures, languages, etc.. I would love to know how is the everyday life of locals and maybe find a new country I can settle down. My husband and I loves to backpack, we target at least 1 local and 1 international each year.

Interests

My husband is vegan and I try to sometimes so recently I have enjoyed cooking vegan recipes. I am trying to be creative and not repeat the same food. I love Japanese food, I think I must eat at least it once a week.

I also like listening to indie music, particularly songs I don't know about. I just like listening to its melody even if it's played over and over again. I also like going to art museums.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am more of a TV series fanatic, any random Netflix show.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Volunteer for All Hands and Hearts! It was after Typhoon Haiyan hit our country and I spent few days in Leyte to rebuild classroom and playground for the affected community. It was fulfilling even if it was very tiring, it was a first for me to get out of my comfort zone and glad that I was able to do it. Highly suggest you check them out.
