About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Trying to pick up a few languages while we're stationary.
ABOUT ME
After getting our fun but useless degrees, my wife and I had to get a little creative with our career choices. So we ended up teaching in a small village in Georgia, traveling around the area every chance we get.
PHILOSOPHY
The easiest way to understand someone is to eat with him.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Christmas night in Tbilisi, a bunch of us volunteer English teachers went to get ice cream. We were eating our cold treats when a Georgian man starts enthusiastically insisting that we follow him to his friend's wine store across the street. "Who doesn't want to try some free Georgian wine?!" We had to follow. I spent the evening with a group of teachers I had only known for a few weeks, a Canadian nuclear physicist and a group of Georgians, drinking and toasting to John Lennon.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love teaching and learning new things to cook. Also, one of the greatest gifts one can give is directions to a good record store. We can also entertain you with stories about teaching in Georgia. There's always something new.
