About Me
Typical forest-raised Art Director who doesn’t like staying in the same place for too long, and loves new views while making friends with strangers.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Music, Movies, and Books
Avid record collector of all things: 60s-70s worldwide psych, proto punk, African tradition, riot grrrl, afrobeat, worldwide egg punk, UK rock, blues, experimental noise, singer/songwriter, Jamaican rocksteady, indie, French chanson, jazz, Portuguese and South American rock, and so on. It’s a problem.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I’ve traveled to 49/50 US states, camping in over 35 of them.
Guess which state is missing from my list and win a prize.
Teach, Learn, Share
Im currently learning Portuguese myself.
Can teach about all things art & design, record collecting, music making, cooking, field guiding, camping, and wilderness living.
Can share my love for community, and some local and not-so-local recommendations.
What I Can Share with Hosts
We have a single standing 16ft backyard bell yurt, complete with a hammock, floor fan, air mattress, upright and floor seating, piles of NatGeo to flip through, painting and sketch supplies, in a tree filled back yard. It's our little diy art oasis, that we are opening up for guests. :)
Myself (she/her), my partner (he/him), and our dog (f) live on the property in our house.
