Hey I'm CJ! I'm from Portland, OR. Here are a few things about me:

- I have a lovely wife named Latane (Lat-Knee)
-I love to eat good food with good people
- Setting up a hammock and reading in the sun is my ideal afternoon
- I love finding amazing places that most people have no clue about
- I love to run and hike and bike and skate and swim and explore outside!
- My hope is in Jesus

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Some of the best travel experiences of my life have been while staying with couchsurfing hosts. As far as I have experienced, the people who live the lifestyle encouraged by this site are some of my favorite people in the world. There is no better way to get to know a new place than to spend time with a local and see what life is really like!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did the Dientes de Navarino Circuit in Isla Navarino, Chile. It was the most incredible trek ive ever been on and the town (Puerto Williams) was absolutely magical. I also hitchhiked the Careterra Austral in Chile which was AMAZING! I have lots of stories!
