ABOUT ME

Dedicated many years being a full time Mom...loved every minute of it. 3 children who were very involved with sports, so I spent quite a bit of time driving and chaperoning. Went back to work a few years ago for a friend of mine, cooking at a day care that she manages. Gets me out of the house and is very flexible, which is what I need if I'm going to travel!!

PHILOSOPHY

My personal philosophy is to live life without regrets and without bitterness...you only get one life to live, so make it a happy and fulfilling one! Todd's favorite saying is "You are only as old as you act". We plan on acting as young as possible for as long as possible!!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
We have hosted traveling friends of the kids, traveling friends of ours and traveling sports teams (Our whole family, aside from me, play rugby!)We all love meeting new people and thought this would be a great way to continue to do that while helping provide a safe place for travelers while they explore our part of the world!

兴趣

Todd and our kids are interested in all sports, especially rugby and hockey. I am interested by default! ;o) We all love to camp, and traditionally go to our favorite spots every summer. We love to celebrate Christmas with a caroling party...our friends look forward to Todd's famous eggnog every year!

Very eclectic and easy to please. For music, we all love the Blues, some Jazz and old time Rock (Cat Stevens is one of our fav's). But we also listen to almost anyone and appreciate good musical talent. We love to go to the movies, but don't always agree on what was good and what wasn't!!
