About Me

CURRENT MISSION

A good cup of coffee or wine with good people

ABOUT ME

Born and raised in Indianapolis but didn't take long before I wanted to depart. Went to boarding school at the age of 15 to pursue my dream of playing soccer for the rest of my life. Move to Nashville, TN for college where I played soccer and attended school. Upon my recent graduation I moved to Biberist, Switzerland where I spent the year as as aupair and traveling Europe. I have been following a long lost dream of playing professional soccer but that quickly changed after 2 hip surgeries and have since taken up photography and traveling before I decide what exactly I should be doing with the rest of my life. Now I am currently bicycling my way from Mexico south with my partner Kevin.
I enjoy good food, good company, being in new and uncomfortable situations because that is where I have learned the most and found life long friendships. I come from a large family and love meeting people and learning of their life experiences.

PHILOSOPHY

A good cup of coffee or wine with good people can go a long ways

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To host travellers and to be hosted as I travel the world.

Interests

Soccer, Futbol which ever word you prefer I love playing and watching the worlds sport. I enjoy traveling and doing volunteer work as I have been doing both from some time now which has taken me to see the world from a new lens.

I read many books but mostly informative haven't been able to get into any romantic novels. I also enjoy good food and wine, hopefully my pants still fit by the end of this year when I possibly will return home if I haven't found something more temporary or permanent in Europe, or Africa. I tend to journal about my travels, the things I see and how I am feeling but not in the typical way. I try to be artsy and metaphoric but not sure how that is going. I love music, festivals, and local events that really let one immerse themselves into the local culture.
