ABOUT ME

I am a California native. Currently studying abroad (in Paris) and kinda missing my home college of UC Santa Cruz. I am a big fan of music, of a variety of types, but Paris can only be accompanied by T. Rex, the Kinks, Jens Lekman, and Nouvelle Vague.
I am ready and willing to walk around and see new things, meet new people. I enjoy a good movie, and the nouvelle vague may be the reason I am in Paris right now. On a budget, that I enjoy, as it tends to lead to new adventures not doing things the easy way.

PHILOSOPHY

I ive my life to experience as much as I can, while respecting what is around me. People, plants, animals, historical sites, etc.
I understand the impermenance of life and the subjective way we are taught to see the world, but try not to get too caught up in being stresed about it
I want to be a librarian, spending my life learning

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now I am just looking for palces to stay, but when I return to Santa Cruz in the fall I am looking forward to hosting folks, and showing them around the town I love.

music: it would take a while, but I might just be an indy kid
