About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I am still trying to understand what I would like to do when I grow up :) In the meantime I like trying new experiences and meeting people from all over the world. I enjoy life and try to get the most out of it.

ABOUT ME

Born and raised in Palermo (Sicily), I have spent the last five years travelling, mostly for work, in several countries in Europe and Asia. I am currently working in Gao, a small town in the middle of Mali.

I am open minded and I would love to meet new people and get to know other cultures.

PHILOSOPHY
Stay positive and enjoy life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted several people while I was living in Pisa. Aftewards, due to continuous travelling, I have not always been able to host people but I will start again to host travellers as soon as I settle down (temporarily).
I have been hosted in several countries and had always positive experiences with the couch surfers that I have met.

Interests

I like reading, a lot! I do not have a favorite genre but lately I have been reading a lot of science fiction. As for my profession I am also interested in politics (not politicians!) development and security issues. I am an amateur musician and I play guitar and bass guitar, so If you are a musician too it would be nice to jam together. I have lot of other interests, but above all I really like cooking and I think I am pretty good at it. It's up to you to tell, if one day I'll be your guest and you would like to try something out.

Music, Movies, and Books

I do not have a favourite genre both in music and books. Let's say I generally like science fictions novels, I enjoy reading comics and listen to good music (almost all kind of music).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have lived in a small village in Cambodia for almost 6 months, where I was working in international development. It's been an amazing experience and I met a lot of incredible people. Right now I live in the middle of the desert (also pretty cool) and hanging out with cool people from all over the world. There are a lot of camels :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I like cooking, learning new recipes and sharing my owns. I am not a professional chef, although I consider myself quite good at it.
I play music (guitar and bass guitar), so I could teach you some basic stuff, and if you are a musician I would love to jam together!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Food (I can cook my best recipes and enjoy a nice meal together).
Past experiences and future travel plans ( we might end up travelling together one day).
Can teach you some basic guitar if you like, up to you!
