Hello all! I am a Midwestern flatlander who loves to travel. I grew up on a small grain farm and went on to study agricultural communications at the University of Illinois. Today I coordinate the communications for several multi-million dollar grants that aim to increase the productivity of food and bioenergy crops. I am simultaneously pursuing my master's degree in advertising.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love the idea of connecting with people from all of the world who have shared experiences with as well as completely unique experiences. I finally had the impetus to join up because I am hoping to make the most of a business trip to Australia.
