Hello, we are Claire and Ethan a couple from Townsville, Australia.

We will be travelling through Europe from the end of November until mid-January and are looking forward to connecting with awesome people and experience new places.

Here is a little bit about us!
Claire -I am 25 and have spent the last year and a half working in hospitality and studying social work. I have currently just decided to leave university and pursue my passion for creative writing. I love poetry and reading anything from classic books to fiction novels. I have spent the last 4 years between Australia and overseas, I have backpacked Europe twice and have lived in London and in rural Spain where I nannied.

Ethan- I am 21 and have been caring for a relative over the past year, Before undertaking this task I was a Skydiving instructor, teaching students to skydive and filming tandem skydives during freefall. I love all aspects of human flight and jumping out of planes as much as possible. I enjoy being outdoors in nature, I have travelled to the Himalayas and Europe.

We love being outside in nature, exploring new places and meeting open-minded people, we also have a strong love for coffee. More than anything else we both love to travel and are looking forward to living in as many places as we can in our lives. We are both vegan and love to cook and create new food, if you are feeling adventurous we would absolutely love to cook something delicious for you, as we also love the experience of sharing food with good company.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We are looking to meet open-minded people and explore their cities through their local knoweldge, make new connections and have amazing adventures. We are both semi-new to couch surfing and are looking to experience the most out of travelling as we can.

We both like to read and enjoy watching comedies and documentaries but we both also love Harry Potter.
Claire - I love reading classic novels and have a list of books that I want to read that keeps getting bigger if you have any suggestions on awesome books I would love to hear about it.

Teach, Learn, Share

Ethan - can teach you how to pack a parachute and all things skydiving

We both enjoy learning about history and would always love to learn more about the places we visit, we also both love cooking so would like to learn and share different meals.
We would also love to learn a new language as we eventually plan to move to Europe.
