Two main reasons! First, traveling solo from Asia to Europe is a long journey, and Couchsurfing helps stretch my budget further so I can travel slower and deeper. But honestly, the bigger reason is the people. After the long trip, I learned that the best memories come from connecting with locals. I’d much rather share stories and learn about your life here than just sleep in an anonymous hostel bunk. Couchsurfing feels like traveling with friends, even in new places.
