My partner (Marissa) and I have just set off on a 9 month long trip around the world to very simply have a big cultural adventure!
We want to immerse ourselves in as many cultures as we reasonably can in this time and really get to know some local people where ever we do go.
The trip only has a shell plan, thats USA, South America and Europe, so yes...very lose plans that are very open to good suggestions along the way!

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

We believe that by couchsurfing we'll be able to actually meet the real people of the the places we visit, which is the point of our trip! We're getting absolutely no cultural experience whatsoever if we stay in hotels and private accommodations and may as well stay at home reading other peoples travel blogs
