About Me

ABOUT ME:
What’s good? My name is Claire! I’m passionate about pugs and creating art out of basically anything.
I live in Allentown, Pennsylvania. I work at a coffee house that’s attached to an alternative gallery.
I just started playing the ukulele, I’ll write u a song!
I also carry around uno cards with me wherever I go, so if ur down for an uno challenge, I wouldn’t be opposed.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m on couchsurfjng because I believe traveling is an asset to being alive.
For me, it inspires me to keep creating.
I want to share my art with the world, and I want to see what art is in the world.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love creating cute songs with my friends. I’ve been listening to a lot of jazz, and lofi hip hop.
Although, I’m still very in tune with my punk roots.
Some of my favorite artists are Amos Lee, Kimya Dawson, Princess Nokia and The Mountain Goats.

Movies:
I don’t watch much television but I really enjoy watching foreign films.

Books:
Kurt Vonnegut. That is all.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Food not bombs Allentown
Taught myself chalkboard art!!?

Teach, Learn, Share

My roommate told me once in passing that “life is a continuous realization of what it’s like to be alive”
that always stuck with me
I feel like we share so much knowledge from every person that we meet. I like people who I can learn from, and who can also learn from me.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook you a free meal, give you art, draw you a portrait, teach you the ukulele and tell you some silly stories.
