About Me

CURRENT MISSION

...travel the world & meet people!

ABOUT ME

I'm currently a PhD student in the field of neurosciences. I'm doing scientific research. Basically I'm interesting in deficits associated with stroke and methods to improve patients rehabilitation.

I was born and raised in France, but I'm living in Canada since 2011.

I'm an adventurous person, I love travelling and I would just do that my entire life if I could!

I see myself as an open-minded person, curious, a little bit shy but very sociable.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I hosted two persons so far.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had until now two experiences, during a trip in NYC. I met two very nice persons who contribute to make my stay memorable.

I really enjoyed my different CS experiences (as couch surfer or as host) and I want to develop it more.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books: I read very different kind of books from fictions to socio-politicals. Right now I'm reading "Game of Thrones" by Georges Martin - before I was reading "Beautiful forevers" by Katherine Boo.

Movies: Some of my favorites movies so far are "Inception", "Crash" and "Revolutionary Road". But I probably forget better ones.

Music: Like most people I have varied musical tastes. Some of my actual favorites bands/signers: La rue Ketanou, Yann Tiersen. I also listen to a lot of salsa and latino music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I didn't do incredible trip nor had unbelievable stories to tell [one day I hope :-)].

But I think I had nonetheless some pretty cool experiences, in Florida, USA - in Colombia - in France and in Canada.

My best memory so far is probably a trip to Florida and to the keys in Florida, where I traveled alone. I mostly appreciated the coral reef and doing snorkeling. I also met amazing people from all around the word. This adventure motivated me to renew the experience of traveling alone. And next time in further destinations.
