Incredibly biased towards anything of the darker Australian flavour - The Drones, Dirty Three, Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds, The Spoils, Buried Horses, The Toot Toot Toots, Grinderman - as a start.

Others, as a small selection - Gil Scott Heron, Tom Waits, Leonard Cohen, Tindersticks, Ennio Morricone, Old Crow Medicine Show, Townes Van Zandt, Neil Young, Nina Simone, etc.

And, of course, I'm always bang up for a deep house gig or all night jiving to old soul and funk LPs.
