who ? a young couple seeking for exploring roads, streets and life, meeting people, cultures, share food & wine. we are to engage a 6month trip through Europe aiming at volunteering in organic farms, chillin', sharin', visitin'. We furnished a complete caravaning truck for 6 month and now we're ready to take the road again !

who is Claire ? Curious, humanist, activist, constant growing person. I try to live my life in a simple way and do my best to live in harmony with people and nature. I try simply to enjoy, to create real humanity, to learn and give sharing, solidarity, equality and peace.I had a one-year trip in Nepal, India and Thailand , i also lived in Canada for one year to study environment.

who is Romain ? I am a very positive guy with a genious smile, I lack some hair on top but will assure you it is because he thinks a lot. I had a year-trip in New-Zealand working outdoors and meeting people.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I actually speak about CS as much as possible to everyone close to me, share my experiences, and spread the cs values and human values that are important to me since i join CS in 2009.

I had several CS experiences hosting people as well as surfing. For having experienced both, i can assure you that cs make me feel great when traveling, finding an home sweet home with great people, bit also a great sense of sharing my day to day life hosting people both in Québec and in France !

Claire : For those who think it's impossible, thanks for letting othets try ! This is my philosophy and i am real optimistic person. I like making handicrafts, gardening, cooking, reading, hiking, riding or reparing my bike, creating and writing, discovering and of course traveling. I'm really interested in arts and cinema, social change and transition movements, in eco activism and degrowth philisophy.

Música, películas y libros

Suggest any oldies for Claire, i'll be in ! But i also like nowadays movie, bluckbusters not accepted (except old 90's movie that are classical to me). For Romain, any movie that make you laugh.

Considering books, not much these days... but trying hard to visit clever books sometimes. I read alternative newspaper and listen to radio. Nevertheless reading Eki Bilhal comics that are amazing.

Claire : Crossed the way of mooses in the white marks of gaspesian moutains in Canada during snow shoes trek. Amazing how nature can make you feel so small and meaningful at the same time. Romain sky dived in New-Zealand what he found trully amazing.
