ABOUT US

Claire: 27 years, French teacher for foreigners, love babies.
Adrien : 28 years, geek addict, love beer. ^^ (Call me Adree, it's easier maybe?)

When Claire just finished her studies in 2013, it was hard for Adrien find a good job in south of France. So, we were bored about our "simple" life, actually not really simple for joining an exciting and "regular" life...
In the summer (2013) we decided to leave every superficial things : home, car, computer... (I joke you for the last one, we're geeks!) First we wanted to go to live in Finland but it appears that it's not easy at all, by luck! Finally we decided together to not try to live regularly... That's it, we sold / give everything, took our backpacks and went!
We plan to have some jobs on the road, and to have a few months break to work and visit Australia.
First we've done a "north Europe tour" ( From may to july 2014 : Ireland, Scottland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden) to try backpacking life style, we enjoyed it ! Now we're traveling since September, by buses and trains, we've crossed Europe, Russia, Mongolia, China and then Vietnam. We liked to meet people and differents cultures... We liked to try nomad life in Mongolia, what an experience!

By the way, we want a life, full of discoveries !

Last but not least : as far as possible we eat vegetarian food. Vegetables are so good, you know? ;)

PHILOSOPHY

One life, enjoy it simply! Don't spend time for vain things.
An other important thing : each different person of us can teach us something !

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

First, we had recently few experiences in Russia, been hosted by amazing people and also just for drink, what a cool spirit! We also enjoyed couchsurfing in China, meeting nice people and share good time with them, simply!

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

In 2012 we had the incredible chance to see northern lights in Lapland, it was amazing!
We also enjoyed time in the mythic Transsiberian train, with nice people and vodka!

Lehren, lernen, teilen

We want to live as our hoster, with his way of life.
Hope to have some beers and meals with you (don't forget we're vegetarian), plus we can cook ! :)
Why not, we can visit some places arround or have hiking with our host.
BTW, we can answer all your questions about the France and French people !

Claire can teach French language, also do baby sitting! ^^
