About Me

CURRENT MISSION

ABOUT ME

I live in Lyon and am an artistic coordinator, choreographer and performer.
I facilitate dance workshop and participative creation.

I love good food and meeting people. I love sleeping outside...

Also I love getting dressed with Vintage clothing even though I do travel light....

PHILOSOPHY

"look at that, it's awesome"

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I share a flat with four people, we don't have much space to host, but it's always possibe to ask.
I can at least have a coffee, invite home for dinner, invite you to a dance practice...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Music, Movies, and Books

well, more or less anything that comes to my eyes or hands.

I access to culture as someone could mock for homeware (which I do, especially to find Tupperware)... I am curious for anything. I use a "threading technic", take one thing, see its references, its network and discover new stuff...

I tend to limit my access to bookshops (I am a compulsive book buyer), so I do spend a lot of time in libraries.
I don't feel comfortable in a house without books.

I go to movies or rent... a lot

I go to shows as well, and love dance videos.

I have 14 days of music on my ipod, just can't help myself, I need them all !

to make a list (not exhaustive, and always in movements...) :

Truman Capote, Nancy Houston, Robert Louis Stevenson, Bukowski, John Fante, Wajdi Mouawad, Samuel Beckett, Jon Fosse, Chuck Palahniuk...
Denis Diderot, David Le Breton, Jean-Claude Kaufmann...

Jerome Bel, Dave St-Pierre, Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker, Enrique Diaz, Wim Vandekeybus, Pina Bausch (contemporary dance or theatre directors), Obviously, I love contemporary dance but also Butoh, Hip-hop (but not when on stage, only in the street or in video), Flamenco, Tango I think Disco can quite impressive... I hate salsa and, worse, Zumba (I have weird allergic reactions to it)

Otis Redding, Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder, Detroit Spinners,Emancipator, Goran Bregovich, Iggy Pop, Maurice Ravel,GrandMaster Flash, Sugar Hill Gang, Herbie Hancock,Jeff Buckley, A Tribe Called Quest, ABBA, Prince (& The Revolutions) Lou Reed, Janis Joplin, Nick Cave, Hermitude, Gloria Estefan, Etta James, Zeb, Camille, Nancy Sinatra, Drapht, Dalida, BB King, Rolling Stones, Queen, Stravinski,Iam, Rodrigo y Gabriela, Thierry "Titi" Robin...

Michael Haneke, Alfred Hitchcock, Clint Eastwood, Alejandro González Iñárritu, Alejandro Amenábar, Gondry...

Marcel Duchamp, Martha Rosler, Anish Kapoor, Pollock, Pierre Soulages ...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

the London's National Library Hall... The sunrise on the ocean in Eden (NSW-Australia)... walking in Kata Tjuta...

Teach, Learn, Share

I guess I can teach French. Surely dance (contemporary).
I can probably push to feel comfortable to dance in public spaces, especially places we don't expect this kind of stuff to happen there... (empty street, shops...)
