ABOUT ME

I love to travel, visit as many countries as physically possible, experience different cultures and meet lots of interesting people! For the past two years, I have worked as an English teacher in Burela in Galicia. Loving every minute of it and I always try to travel to new places during my free time and maybe see a new fiesta every month! Life in Galicia is the best! Especially the siestas ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love to couchsurf and meet people from different countries, learning more about their personality, culture, history and what they reccomend to do and see in their town or city. I'm always very happy to meet new people wherever I go and if I can spend some time travelling with other couchsurfing that's even better!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couchsurfed across the north of Spain (Vigo, Foz, Ribadeo, Gijon and Bilbao), in Porto in Portugal and Bordeaux in France. I also went on nights out in Foz, Ribadeo, Gijon, Santander, Bilbao, San Sebastian and Pamplona with fellow couchsurfers, sharing experiences and picking up tips along the way. Just can't beat couchsurfing for unforgettable experiences!

Interests

Travelling is my favourite hobby! So far I have visited some of Europe, Australia, New Zealand and South-East Asia.

Music, Movies, and Books

Love my marvel superhero films, The Avengers, Captain America, Superman, Thor etc and girly romantic comedies, the Notebook and the Vow are my favourites. I normally listen to movie soundtracks and Indie music, Goo Goo Dolls, Bastille and Mumford and Sons.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I can't decide which I loved more: Sky-diving over 'Mount Doom' (Lord of the Rings) in New Zealand and scuba-diving in the Great Barrier Reef in Australia. Which surprises me because I hate heights and can't swim! Haha
