About Me

"Live, travel, adventure, bless, and don't be sorry" Jack Kerouac

Originally a from a small farm near the base of the Grampians National Park in Australia, spent three years studying a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in history, before taking off and spending three months solo backpacking around the western side of the U.S. My home is in Geelong, an hour from Melbourne and 30 minutes from the Great Ocean Road where I love being by the ocean and catching as many gigs that I can in between by busy work schedule!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is such a rad way to travel, not only do you get to see the physical landscapes of the places you're visiting but you get an insight into the people that make up these places!

My experiences with couchsurfing continuously reinforces the good that is in the world and I love being a part of this community.

Interests

I love music, seeing live bands, books, coffee, sunrises, laughter, gardening, roadtrips, thrift stores, flowers, markets, music festivals, writing, reading, hiking, camping, and swimming in the ocean or rivers!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Spent 3 months solo backpacking around the western states of the US, where I first began couchsurfing, and spent two weeks living with a Hare Krishna community!
I've also visited Byron Bay in Australia which was such an amazing experience in itself!

Teach, Learn, Share

I love learning about different cultures, lifestyles and belief systems.

I love to share stories of travels, life and personal philosophies and I've found the kitchen can be one of the best ways to get to know other people! I'm pretty terrible at cooking but always eager to learn! I can teach hosts how to play frustration (a card game) which I am currently obsessed with and love playing Cards Against Humanity - such a fun and interesting way to get to know other people!
