I am French Canadian born but with a Swiss family background. After studies in Translation and a short career in the field, I decided to start a business related to pastry and coffee shops. I lived about 20 years in Montreal, where I created my first store and moved to the countryside where I continued to live and develop my passion for food and fresh produce 18 years ago. I have always loved travelling and interacting with people from different cultures.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it is a tremendously interesting way to travel, non-standard, which I like very much. I am planning to experiment it this summer for the first time, with my son, in order to make him also aware of this way of travelling and share those values with him and our hosts.
