ABOUT ME

we are a married couple who has been in the SF Bay Area a LONG time. We're planning a big trip to indonesia later this year, and are probably moving to Idaho where Joe will start grad school in the fall. We are readers and writers & we like to drink beer and laugh. We have urban fatigue and are excited about getting out of our comfort zones this year and seeing what happens.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

we had a couple of French foreign exchange students when I was a kid. I loved showing them around & learning about their lives - and I loved it even more when I went to see them in their homes years later.

Joe works at the library so we read & watch & listen to whatever passes through his hands that looks interesting!

Teach, Learn, Share

we could teach you how to cook or bake bread or invite you to share in a yoga or meditation practice. one of us knits, we like to build functional things, and we're really into all kinds of books and music. we like to hear about and share ideas with everyone! we'd like to learn more about building & gardening.
