Hi, I'm Clara, 27, and I just finished my studies in aerospace engineering. Together with my boyfriend Fabi we are travelling through the American continent for 5 months. We started with a short US visit and then continued with Mexico, Guatemala, Columbia, Peru, Bolivia and are in Chile right now. On this journey we would love to get to know to many local people if possible :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think couchsurfing is such a nice opportunity in our new global society to use the global network. All over the world there are so many nice and kind people that you can't meet all - but with couchsurfing you can meet at least some of them.
In my opinion, when you visit a country, you should not run from one attraction to another one without talking to any local there.

Interests

I like many kinds of sport, especially ultimate frisbee and spikeball. Also I like to be in the mountains for hiking and skiing. And of course I enjoy meeting new people
