I´m not proud about having to say this, but I am a human-being (so I guess we have something in common :) and I come from planet earth (sounds familiar to you?). I grew up on a piece of land consisting of dirt, grass, trees and houses which was given the name Germany at some point in the human history.

I´m currently 19 years old and although I love my family (I grew up with two siblings and a dog), I'm reeeally looking forward to finally go traveling around in Canada, a place I've never visited before.
I´m planning to stay there from September 2019 until June 2020, and I´ll go wherever the wind will blow me, starting in Vancouver.

To keep it short and not bother you with boring informations you maybe don't even want to know - I'm considering myself as an open-minded, curious person who seeks to live life to the fullest.
I'm always up for a good story, for sharing interests and learning about the life of the people I'm meeting and staying with.
I do not have much to offer, but I can promise to be a friendly, uncomplicated guest who will clean up after himself(or herself, in my case) :)

Also, I am generally very interested in an alternative style of living. I myself am vegetarian/vegan and try to live in a way which doesn't harm nature or any other living being.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

Well, first of all... I am very interested in meeting new people. In getting to know about local activities, culture and the personal story of the people I meet. I think that there's no better chance to really live like the locals do but to actually do so. Makes sense, doesn't it? :D

Then of course, this I cannot deny... I also want to save as much money as possible on my travels. I do not have a steady income yet myself since I've just graduated and lived at home with my parents until now, so I have to spend my money thoughtfully.
Being able to stay with somebody while maybe earning some money with a job in that area would be ideal.

Música, películas y libros

Music: mostly a little "older" stuff... the good stuff, you know :D The Beatles, Bob Dylan, The Doors, Neil Young, the Doors,... but also experimental, alternative music like Alt-J, Current Joys, Andrew Bird,... I'm open to everything :)

Movies: I love watching movies and shows in general. Game Of Thrones, Forrest Gump, Rick&Morty are a couple of my favorite ones, just to name a few.

Books: I like books which teach me new knowledge, like the three ones written by Yuval Noah Harari. I also like story-telling books like The Hotel NewHampshire :)

Algo increíble que he hecho

One? I'm doing an amazing thing every single day by not totally freaking out whenever I see how reckless and selfish people can behave and how badly they can treat this planet and its inhabitants!

I am willing to learn whatever somebody can tell me. Seriously, I cannot think of anything I wouldn't be interested in :)
And I would love to help you cooking, although it's maybe not the best idea to leave it all up to me cause the result might not look or taste like something to eat.
