ABOUT ME

I am French but I am living in the US, more precisely in Austin, Texas, to do my PhD in animal behavior and evolution there. I focus on behavior and evolution in insects. My work takes me a lot of time, but in my free time I like to do circus,rock climbing, read, spend time with friends, travel, and in enjoy life. I love nature and the outdoors.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I love to meet new people from all over the world. I hosted once when I was in Paris but unfortunately it is quite hard for me to host where I live now. But I am always happy to meet travelers visiting Austin. And when I go somewhere I would rather stay with someone who can tell me about the place I am visiting than in an impersonal hotel.

Algo increíble que he hecho

A lot of people are very surprised when I tell them I am doing flying trapeze so I guess that would be one.
Also went canoeing in the mangrove in the Everglades national park (Florida) and spent the night on a wooden structure on the water, that was really fun.
In general I think I have been lucky to travel a lot for my age.

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

I love to have interesting conversations, I am very genuine and people usually like that about me. I can teach you to juggle or do partner acrobatics if you are interested. Or talk about animal behavior and insects!
