Heyho! 🌞 I am Clara, 23 years old and currently living in Hamburg and unfortunately timewise quite consumed by studying for my final law exam next year. But no worries: law is not my big passion, I prefer meeting new people, exchanging thoughts or maybe even debating about socially relevant topics and learning new things! (Please don’t ask me why I am studying law then and what I am passionate about: it’s a question I have asked myself for 4 years and I still figuring out what I want to do in life, which I find a very difficult question!) (i also love being alone though, reflect a little upon things, watch people, take pictures and grasp the atmosphere)

I absolutely love the CS community for giving people the chance to connect with each other. Unfortunately I am not able to host this year due to my living situation! If you are in Hamburg or Berlin though feel free to contact me! If I have the time I would be more than happy to grab a coffee with you :) I also lived in Cape Town for a year and in Paris for half a year, that’s why I will occasionally be in Paris staying with my sister (who studies there) and maybe just contact you because I am looking for interesting people to meet after law revisions without looking for hosts! (I am NOT looking for dates though, it is purely platonic)

Meeting inspiring people, sharing stories, learning about politics, listening to new music, tasting flavours, & watching the moon from different places! = It is great to see new places but it is even greater to get to now people there! 🦋 Also I love being challenged and overcoming (internalised) stereotypes and prejudices I might have!

Sleeping in a hammock at some beach in Bulgaria with people that I met whilst hitchhiking/ 28h train ride from Zambia to Tanzania/ Couchsurfing alone and for the first time in Casablanca and having met the most beautiful and generous souls
