Excited to meet you! My name is Clara and I come from an amazing place in this world which is the Canary Islands! A unique place that is politically Spanish, geographically African and Latin American by soul! 🌴🌍

I am a passionate girl that has been lucky enough to travel since very young thanks to my mum's profession. Since then, and I guess due to the fact that I come from an island in the middle of nowhere 😆, I just can't stay still! I love languages and experiencing other cultures.

I recently quit my job in London to invest some time in myself, Fran - my favourite person in this entire world, and this beautiful planet we live in, by traveling around South East Asia for as long as we can!

For me, travelling without spending time with someone local to the country feels like an empty trip. And I want to cross paths with you in what's probably going to be the trip of my life either staying at your home or sharing a coffee.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I don't conceive traveling without intercultural exchange. If I visit a country without spending time with someone local to the place, it just feels like an incomplete trip. Landscapes and cultural sights will stay in our memories for sure, but only people and experiences will remain in our hearts 💛
