Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's a fun and interesting way to travel and meet new people. I love the fact that the worldwide community of vagabonds has come together to help each other explore and discover everything life has to offer. It provides an inside look into the local perspective rather than the overwhelmingly touristic one, or at least a good balance between the two :) so expect me to do the same! As someone who loves travelling and who actually changes cities and countries often, I will show you the best of my short-lived city, that I usually discover and adapt to thanks to this beautiful thing called curiosity and people like you!
I really enjoy long walks in the city but also in its surroundings, which means hours of wander fruitful for our community and whoever passes by!
Having for company someone with a new perspective is the most refreshing thing ever! Lets keep this unique way of travelling and exchanging with people going!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

-Sailed around the Channel Islands (and actually got lost, the Marine Police came to rescue us early in the morning)
-Spent a year in the US, which was a true roller-coaster of emotions. Definitely a life-changing experience.
-Spent the night on the Oregon coast with some beautiful souls
-Hiked in Painted Hills, Smith Rock and Crater Lake, some of Oregon's wonders
-Spent a weekend at a ranch in rural central Oregon and went hiking around
-Got a tattoo
-Went to Minnesota in winter (and it was -20°c)
-Went to Louisiana in winter (and enjoyed the tropical rain, the tornadoes and the alligators)
-Road trip in the Serra Estrela mountains, where I actually fractured my pelvis mountain biking..
-Road trip in the Brittany Region: performance street art, a potato party in a small rural village, hikes, everyday baths and a first time surf experience,
-The most amazing thing I have done though was meeting all the beautiful people that today make me who I am. And I now smile thinking about the ones I will meet in this journey.
