About Me
Hello! :) First of all, sorry for any English mistake!
I am a 23 year-old girl, who loves to travel! I live in an apartment in the middle of Brazil's capital, Brasília, with my two dogs and my brother.
Now I'm in my second year of Medicine course in the Brasília's University (Universidade de Brasília - UnB).
When I was at my high school, at age 17, I was exchange student to Finland, and it was certainly one of the most wonderful experience I've ever had! Living in other country allows you open up your mind about the world and different views of it. I lived in a host family's place in a little village called Alavieska and stayed there for 10 months. I loved the experience! Since I was there, I never wanted to stop travelling, because It's very good, and it's very nice to meet other cultures!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on couchsurfing because I like to help people to meet my city - Brasília, Brazil's capital city. And I intend to meet a lot of places around the world to share cultures and experiences.
And as a world's History lover (it was one of my favorite subject in High School), I love to meet the countrie's history in real, like going to museums, listen to guides explanations, etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Maybe one of the amaziest experiences I've ever had was during my exchange year in Finland.
I've seen Aurora Borealis, I have a reindeer driver-license that I got during my trip to Lapland (the same place that I met the real Santa Claus), I have gone to sauna and right after I jumped in the snow totally naked (ok, for brazilians this is still very weird and amazing haha)
I have been to a finnish Music Festival called Sauna Open Air while I was there and it was amazing, because in the same day I went to a bar in Tampere with my friends and I met there one of my favorite bass player - Marco Hietala, from Nightwish.
I also spent about 2 months in Mexico (Ciudad de Mexico) in an AIESEC's project called Sharing Tizapán, which I had to teach English for mexican teenagers. It was an amazing life experience because I could teach and at same time learn from my students. I learned to be more patient, learned about cultural differences. I also met amazing people which I'll carry in my heart with me for the whole life!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share with hosts a little bit about brazilian history, brazilian culture and what brazilian people use to think about life's subjects. And some nice experiences to tell :)
