About Me
Hi, I'm a 25 y/o masters student living in Duisburg (near the train station). I love to challenge my view of the world while traveling. I'll be happy to meet new people via CS and to host you in the Ruhr Area. Me and my boyfriend both just moved here but are very happy to share our experience and tips for travellers.
As I am originally from the black forest, I am a passionate hiker. My field of study is something around economics, politics and sustainable transformation.
I enjoy learning French and spent a semester abroad in Paris, so don't be surprised if I'm better at talking about monetary policy than having a normal conversation in French, that's what they teach you.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
A few years ago, I met some great people through couchsurfing when I stayed for some months in another country. After so many years in small shared flats, I'm lucky enough to live in a spacious apartment with my boyfriend (Fabian). There is no separate guest room, but a big living room.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One thing I'll never forget was cliff jumping in the middle of nowhere in South Africa. It was an amazing experience to overcome my fear:)
Teach, Learn, Share
My next destination will hopefully be Morocco, also partly overland. So let me know if you have any tips for the route and Morocco itself :)
