ABOUT ME

I'm a young woman who is interested in singing and music. I also like to get to know new people and to get new experiences. I really like to have other people around me and just doing crazy things. So if I act confusing, never mind :D
I'm back from my ERASMUS year in Almería (Spain) and I'm studying in Bamberg again :)
A trip through skandinavia which I made 2009 (too long ago!) with a friend was really, really great. Thanks to all who hosted us !! You all were great people ! we traveled by train and we definitely found some nice perons who gave us a place to sleep =)

I want to discover new cultures and come into contact with new people. I like it to learn new things and I'm very intersted in the life of others :D

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In April 2009 I travelled with a friend to Dresden, because we wanted to stay one week in a city chosen by german wings blind booking...so our "blind" destination was Dresden :D
So then we looked for a place to sleep ;-) My friend has heard from couchsurfing and for me it sounds nice, so we decided to try to find someone in Dresden with the help of couchsurfing...It was great! Only after one day we received answers and we had our place to sleep :D So, thank you Ans and Norman for your hospitality and the great week in Dresden!
Many other great experiences in skandinavia followed and I'm sure a lot more will follow in Dublin!!

my wonderful holiday at my aunt's house in Florida...
There I had the possibility to experience a day on a boat and to see delphins ! It was just luck that we met them that day ! As well the days at the beach with that white sand. wonderful place ! Unfortunately my aunt wants to sell her house there...that's a pity !!

Couchsurfing is a great community, but how it is explained below, you shouldn't use it just to have a place to sleep. When you use couchsurfing, then really don't miss to somekind "adapt" to the couchsurfer's life. You won't regret this. It's the best thing to get to know the place where you sleep and of course, more important, the people. Couchsurfing is a give-and-take community, so please don't come to a couchsurfer's place and just think you can use or do everything there. Often you can, but you should ask before ! Another tip I can give is, like I wrote, it's a give-and-take community, so try to give something back for example by cooking for them or with another creative idea ! so now, let's stop here =) Just try and do it !
