I work as a skills trainer with a teenage autistic boy, so I'm used to handling stressful situations with calm and care.

I enjoy books that expand my awareness of self, like 'A New Earth' by Eckhart Tolle, and books that fuel my passion, like 'The Alchemist' by Paulo Coelho, and--for some fun--comics like 'nameless,' 'saga,' and 'sex criminals.'
