After living for too long on opposite coasts of Australia, 5 hours apart by plane, my boyfriend Dean and I decided to quit our jobs to achieve 3 simple things: 1) explore the world with our surfboards, 2) learn Spanish, and 3) catch up on lost time together.

For our time in Europe we have hired a car and plan to explore the coasts of Portugal, Spain and France.

When we return home we would love to reciprocate the generosity extended to us by strangers (new friends) on our travels. Although we do not know where exactly we will call home when we return to Australia in January 2016, maybe Wollongong or Sydney, it will certainly be on the coast and our door (and couch) will be open!
