About Me

I love food, art, and the small simple pleasures of life. I think connection is the cure, being connected to our shared humanity and our unique communities. I like to take the road less traveled and I laugh at all jokes.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Traveling has changed my life in more ways than I can count. It was meeting incredible people that made my experiences abroad truly magical. I'll be staying in Boston for the next few months and am finally in a position to give back to the traveling, nomadic community. I'd love to host others and learn about their cultures. Though I have lived in Boston for a few years, my explorations have been limited, and I'd love to explore with new friends.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love science fiction, dystopian, and horror. I love Star Trek! I used to not watch too many movies but that changed during the pandemic. Now I am huge into cinema especially as I work in video production. I love all sorts of music, especially alternative and underground music. I really enjoy going to a local show featuring a local band or any sort of live music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I believe in the importance of supporting local art and culture, which is why I started a nonprofit that connects locals with businesses, creatives, and organizations in their area. It’s based in Miami, Florida.

Teach, Learn, Share

Spanish is my second language and I’d love to practice together. I’m interested in all forms of art. Recently I started learning salsa and bachata.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I’d love to cook you a meal! I also can make a damn good flan. I have lots of stories and think I’m a great listener and therefore a good conversationalist. You can pick any topic, and we can chat over a wine I pick up on my way to your home.
