Finish Göta channel competition (10km running, 5km swimming, 83 biking, 21 kajak) I have completed the running so far!

To write all about me in this little box is complicated, I am told almost everyday I should write a book about my life experiences!. I guess you will have to get to know me. I am a very serious girl with a little crazy mind and a very gentle heart I guess.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I participate by offering some traveling tips to all the places I have already been plus some tips about finding a way in Stockholm. Due to my so very busy life and my demanding job I unfortunately need to be very picky with who I let in my home. But meeting for coffee or on a friday evening is an option you people can definately count on if you visit Stockholm. Also all the help you need regarding sight seeing or tips about coming to Sweden.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed a few couchs and I've had a very good experience so far, though I haven't surfed many. I have been to Borensberg at Göta kanal where I surfed Håkan's couch (well he actually gave us a bedroom). I also have surfed Fredrik's couch in Linköping and that was also a very pleasant and interesting experience! I have been to France where I got the opportunity to meet interesting people, So I can only say, that Couch Surfing is definitely worth it!

this is important. MUSIC (music fan and common taste is appreciated but not a must) nature, photography, arts, DESIGN, culture, traveling, the Outdoors, Films (good ones, I appreciate a good taste here). Excercising is a very big and important part of my life...Languages, good food, good wine!

I am a huge fan for sports and training, especially those related with TRIATHLON (swimming cycling and running) now I am even training for a competition that includes kayacking for 22km, running for 10km, cycling for 83km and swimming for 5km (no its not a triathlon because these competitions happen in different times of the year but belong to the same competition).
I love nature and the outdoors, photography, design, making friends, films, laughing, challenging my body (with training).
