About Me

Now living & working in Switzerland, I like travelling and meet people as I visit other places!
Couchsurfing has been a great experience so far, and this is why I keep on travelling this way when I have the occasion... Hopefully more and more!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think the best way to visit a city or a country is to meet the people who actually live there. This is why I have travelled to Canada by Woofing and couchsurfing, or that I have done many exchanges with Germany or England.

Music, Movies, and Books

~Music:
I have a very diverse taste in music, it really depends on my mood!

~Movies:
I like cheerful movies, feel-good movies. Not a big fan of scary/horror movies, I get traumatized very easily ;)
My favorites would be: Lord of the Rings (I'll update some more when I'm inspired, I can't think of anything right now!)

~TV Shows:
I've watched a lot (when does it count as to many?). To name of few, the ones I enjoyed watching include Friends (of course), HIMYM, 2 Broke Girls (one of my favorites), New Girl, Narcos, Don't Trust the B* in App 23, The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, the Mentalist, Elementary...

~Books:
I don't espescially have the english title for some of them, so let's put the title in the language I read it.
La vérité sur l'affaire Harry Québert, the Help/La couleur des sentiments, Der Vorleser, Pride and Prejudice, Ensemble c'est tout, Harry Potter, ...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Take part in an exchange in a host family for 2 months when I was 14.
It changed so many things in my life, I met great people, learnt a lot of things and inspired me to get out of my comfort zone as much as possible. I'll be forever thankful I had the chance to take part in that, and I wouldn't be where I'm at now without it.

Teach, Learn, Share

~Teach: Knitting I guess? French also, some of the regulations in drug development in Europe (haha not sure a lot would be interested in that)

~Learn: Pretty much everything. If I see that you're passionate about something, it'll make me want to learn more about it! I'm trying to learn spanish also, but the process is going quite slowly because I'm more used to learning a language in total immersion and languages classes can only get me so far...
