Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I discovered Couchsurfing thanks to a friend of mine. I joined because I'd like to travel by other means. For instance, I do hitchhike, I go hiking, I do camping. The fact that it is more environmentally friendly is important for me. This system is in line with my beliefs.
Moreover, Couchsurfing is the best way to meet local people and to discover a place with others eyes. And most of all, each time I travelled this way I met people who took the time to help me, to talk to me, to laugh with me, to simply share a moment of life. And now I'm very thankful for that and I want to give joy to people too! In a sens, this is what life should be.
