Overview
About Me
I'm a Project Manager looking to travel and meet new and interesting people. While traveling to see new places I tend to look into good cuisine and local dishes as well as visiting places outside normal tourist areas. I like to get the local perspective on my trips besides doing what everybody does like visiting the mainstream places.
Usually I'm more indoor kind of person but I enjoy going to pubs and listening to the live rock or blues music.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I Couchsurf when traveling for work and pleasure looking for hosts that can provide me whith interesting tips bout places even if I'm not staying for a lengthy time at the city.
Worked on a big multinational consulting company where I got to meet some very interesting people from around the world and that got me to become interested in Couchsurfing. Meeting new people and sharing interests, experiencing life in another city as much as possible. Doing this like a local is the best way to know a culture and country. To the best of my ability I am willing and able to share and learn.
Interests
I like music and pubs, sometimes going out to São Paulo's night life in pubs where there is live music accompanied with friends. My preferred musical genres are Rock and Blues. So usually I listen to the good old Rock and Blues.
Generally indoors kind of person, but do enjoy going to parks and sightseeing, although often when I'm the one travelling around.
I also like good food and beer, trying new and different types of beers. Experiencing local cuisine is something I'm getting more interested currently since I have a foodie background, although I sometimes have a hard time trying something very different.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Well I've pretty much participated on Brazilian Campus Party, both as participant and volunteer. Campus Party is the biggest gathering of nerds and geeks into one whole week of awesome things to do.
Traveled solo, driving and enjoying Florida for 1 month.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach portuguese, some Brazilian dishes (I can cook).
I know about computers since I have a tech background.
I know how to make beer but won't probably be able to make you one since it takes about 1 month for it to be ready.
Can pretty much talk about science and series/movies. I visited NASA in Florida (Kennedy Space Center) although I didn't get the chance to see a rocket launch (it's on my bucket list). Maybe see a Falcon Heavy launch?!
What I Can Share with Hosts
Stories from my life, places I've visited. Cooking experience, beer crafting tips. Everything I know I'm willing yto share.
