ABOUT ME

I love the outdoors. I'm into hiking, biking, backpacking, outdoor science education. I enjoy traveling and learning about new places and cultures. I love good beer and ice cream. I currently live and teach environmental science near San Francisco. I kinda miss that easy going lifestyle. I can't wait to travel again this winter!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I was a Peace Corps Volunteer once upon a time and couch surfing is an approximation to that. To be able to get to know the people there. I feel like it really enriches the travel experience. I hope to someday live in a place where I can also host.

I love to bike, hike, teach science, hang out with friends and family. I am also a knitter and an arts and crafts enthusiast.
