ABOUT ME

I love languages, meeting people from around the world, laughing, exchanging perspectives, go for a dance together or enjoying a good coffee at some nice café. After school I have been living in Barcelona for a while to work there and learn spanish. Afterwards I studied Psychology in the Netherlands and went around europe in my spare time. After finishing university I have been living and working in Berlin for 2 years. But to constantly live there, it was just tooo much, too big for me, so I came back to Cologne, in my eyes a very lovely place to live.
I like to cook, to listen to music, dancing, playing the guitar, to socially engage with those who are around me and support each other if needed. We are all connected in a way, similar. And I am amazed by the ways we anyhow differ and live our own realities.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Some years ago I went to Rome with 3 friends and we stayed at a host's place that was really nice- he even offered us his entire room for the stay. It was great to cook together at night, going out after that and getting to know his friends and nice places they took us. Also a trip end of 2018 through northern France was a great pleasure for me and a friend, because we were always welcomed and hosted in very personal and relaxed ways! Now in 2023 I had great experiences in Amsterdam and south of spain, meeting people with CS and being shown very nice places and being able to see the places from other than touristic eyes :)

It's not necessary to plan activities together, but -if it's mutual- I like to get to know a bit about the people at whom's place I stay and would love to cook for us or something of that sort to spend some time. For the rest I am very open but also like to just do my thing and can be very quiet and will always be respectful of the different ways of living of people.

Interests

I enjoy concerts, the theatre, the movies or dancing. I like going for long walks/bike-rides in areas I do't know yet- taking some pictures and meeting interesting people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived in barcelona for 1,5years which was a great experience. Also I have been studying in the Netherlands for 4 and a half years.
My last trips abroad entailed hiking on gran canaria with a good friend, visiting Andalucía with another friend and spending some days by myself and with people I met with CS in lovely Amsterdam.
