I am an Agile Coach and Co-Active Coach, and I have years of experience working with executives and businesses. I specialize in organizational and cultural transformation, emotional intelligence in the workplace, relational intelligence, conscious leadership, and improving team dynamics. I am passionate about bringing Authentic Relating practices into organizations in order to help them create amazing places to work along with cultures of connection, inspiration, trust, transparency, and true purpose. I've volunteered with the Realness Project, a non-profit organization that teaches Authentic Relating, circling, and communication skills to men and women in prison. I am inspired and love to geek out about integral theory, spiral dynamics, developmental psychology, philosophy of consciousness, Jiddu Krishnamurti, Ken Wilber, Zen, Burning Man, virtual reality, AI, meditation, and mindfulness practices. One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- I've seen a sunset on the Pacific Coast in Big Sur California. 🌄 at the Esalen Institute.

- I've seen a sunrise at Black Rock City in the beautiful Nevada Desert 🏜 during Burning Man

- I've significantly improved my health by losing 92 lbs! This reversed my T2 diabetes, eliminated my hypertension, reversed nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, my visceral fat went from 19 to 6, and my BMI (Body Mass Index) was reduced from 42 to 24. 💪🏃‍♀️

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach authentic relating, foundations of circling, mindfulness practices, and meditation. I am fluent in English and Spanish and can also teach it. I would love to learn other languages and cultures. I can share my knowledge on effective team building games and practices.
