About Me

HI there! I'm Claudia, 25 yo and I come from Sicily, Italy. I lived in Pise for 7 Years as a student of foreign languages and linguisitics. I'm an Italian as a foreign language teacher in a Multicultural Associaciation . Multiculturalism is my first interest, that's why I love to teach languages and to travel. I do it whenever I can, sometimes even when I can't, so I don't mind to have a riddiculous budget. I prefer to visit countries where I can spend my time with locals and live their reality for a while.

NB: Unfortunately I can't accept any guest at the moment since I am moving to France and don't have a home yet :D

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I lived in Brussels for 6 months as an Erasmus student and 9 months in Spain as an Intern in a School of foreign languages. I am the kind of person who wants to learn lots of things from people: their culture, their point of view about life, their passions. I'm very open-minded so I like to talk about anything! I don't want to tell you everything about me and my interests, not because I'm lazy, but I really hope to do that live.
So can't wait to meet you as a guest or as a host whenever I can!

Music, Movies, and Books

I am a sponge, I learnt to love music and movies and books of any kind.

Music: Rap, rnb, funky, jazz, blues, alternative rock, 60s, 70s, 80s , french, italian , spanish and italian music. I love to sing but I still am too shy to do that in public. I would really love to learn playing ukulele and sing.

Movies: Dramas, French comedies, Italian comedies, some Fantastic movies. I don't like the kind of American movies filled of special effects.

Series: GOT, How to get away with murder, Scrubs and many more.

When I was a teenager I read lots of classics, now I read a lot of Italian contemporary authors and some french too, obviously I grew up with Harry Potter.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It's called Sensorial Theatre! It's an interactive play where you experience an environment completely blind.
